During your period, it’s important to stay hydrated and nourish your body with refreshing Pain Relief beverages that can help alleviate symptoms and boost your overall well-being. In this article, we show you three delightful and easy-to-make summer drink recipes that are not only delicious but also provide specific benefits for women during menstruation. Watermelon Mint Cooler
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon chunks
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optionall)
- Squeeze of honey (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, mint leaves, lime juice, ice cubes and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Add ice cubes, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of honey – if desired.
- Garnish with a mint leaf.
- Stir and enjoy!
