Job Title: Product Development Associate

Location: Preferred in Southwest Missouri (Springfield/Branson) – Remote or Hybrid with Travel

Be the bridge between our product development team and Manufacturing Partners.
Communicate product updates, changes, and requests to Manufacturing Partners and team members..
Follow up to ensure changes are implemented correctly and on time.
Receive and approve product samples, ensuring they meet our standards before moving forward.
Help track changes and improvements for current products.
Assist in testing and evaluating samples to ensure product quality.
Organize product details and specifications to keep everything running smoothly.
Frequent travel to our team office space in Walnut Shade, MO for in-person meetings and collaboration.
Occasional expo events as needed.
Occasional visits to Manufacturing Factories to check on production and quality.

Has strong communication skills and can keep things clear and concise.
Is organized and detail-oriented—you catch the little things others might miss.
Can juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.
Is comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup, with some travel as needed.
Can work flexible hours (evenings) when needed to communicate with Manufacturing Partners in Asia.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience) + opportunity to earn bonuses or commission
