How to use Disc Applicator
To Insert a menstrual disc with the Applicator
- CLEAN First things first, wash your hands! Then thoroughly cleanse your Disc Applicator with warm water and intimate soap. DO NOT USE HIGH HEAT TO SANITIZE. Be sure to wash your Applicator before and after each use.
- PREP Remove the glider from the back of the Applicator body. Make sure the flat top of the Applicator is facing up before loading your Disc.
- FOLD & LOAD Pinch the sides of your disc together and slide it into the open end of your Disc Applicator. Fit the advancer into the open back of the Applicator.
- INSERT Hold the Disc Applicator between your thumb and middle finger, and place your index finger on the end of the advancer. Gently insert the Applicator into your vagina. Use your index finger to slowly push the Glider to release the disc.
- SET Once the Disc is completely out of the Applicator, pull the Applicator out slightly, then use the tip to push the Disc up, setting it behind your pubic bone. This sets the disc in place.
- GET ON WITH YOUR DAY! Gently remove the Applicator, cleanse it with gentle soap, and once it’s completely dry store it back in its case.
